On Saturday December 14th, Wagner Hills Ministries will be holding it's annual Christmas banquet dinner for residents, families, staff and friends of the ministry. Gold Sponsor: $250 (1 Table - 8 people)

*Charitable Tax Receipt Provided for all Table Sponsors*

Serving in the downtown East side

We're so thankful for Theresa and her friend Cheryl who came and visited with us last week. Theresa has been involved in ministering to those who need Jesus in the downtown East side for many years now. Theresa herself  has struggled and battled for years with addiction, and only through Jesus did she receive freedom. Theresa asked for some Wagner Hills Ministries bibles that were provided to us by the Canadian Bible Society so she can continue to share the gospel for those who desperately need Him. Please pray for Theresa and all those who are working in the downtown East side.

Expansion for women’s recovery housing opens in Langley

LANGLEY – Wagner Hills Farm Society’s House of Hope Centre has officially opened to provide 10 beds and support service space for women overcoming addictions in Langley.
House of Hope Centre is a new building added to the House of Hope site, located at 460 - 216 Street in south Langley. The new building provides 10 beds for long-term residents, a commercial kitchen and dining area for all residents, counselling and administration offices, and additional support services space. The centre complements the 14 existing beds for women overcoming addictions on site. The women’s facility is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with staff living at the site.

The Government of B.C. provided $100,000 for the project and the land for a nominal fee through a 30-year renewable lease. Wagner Hills Farm Society contributed more than $75,000 equity along with community partners who provided in-kind donations of windows, doors, steel, drain piping, plumbing and additional construction materials valued at $178,000. In addition, fundraising and private donors provided nearly $1,040,000 for the construction of the building.

Wagner Hills Farm Society operates and manages the site. This faith-based community offers support services, farm work and job skills training for individuals to better enable them to positively give back to the community.

Teaching at Wagner Hills Farm

Biblical classes are held on a daily basis at Wagner Hills Farm men's campus. Every week the men will participate in multiple classes to help guide, strengthen and equip the residents to become men of God. The Word of God is the main ingredient of change in a man's life. When we read and study the Word of God, it transforms us from the inside out.

If you're interested in helping support a resident financially through our resident sponsorship program, "$44 For Freedom", you can donate now and help bring change to a man's life.
